Engineering Department Expo
Location: Digital Computer Lab Basement
Time: Friday from 1pm-4pm, Saturday from 9am-3pm
Each College of Engineering department will have a booth set up and department representatives present to interact with visitors who would like to learn more about specific majors, careers and research opportunities offered by each department. This is an unique opportunity to gain a better understanding of engineering majors and search for a future career path!
Prospective and Admitted Student Tours
Are you interested in Engineering at Illinois? This tour will discuss what academic and student life are all about for an Illinois Engineer and show you some of our facilities.
Location: 1000 Lincoln Hall
Time: 10:30am – Noon
Date: Saturday, March 9th
This event will feature a panel discussion with current AE students. Topics to be covered include expectations for first-year students, advice about adjusting to college, and extracurricular opportunities within the AE Department and across the Illinois campus. Audience members will also have the opportunity to ask questions. We welcome you to join current students, faculty, and staff for refreshments afterward. Families are welcome.

ECE Admitted Student Event
Location: Room 314, Illini Union
Time: 10:30am – Noon
Date: Saturday, March 9th
This event will feature a panel discussion with current ECE students and a welcome from the department head. Topics to be covered include expectations for first-year freshman, advice about adjusting to college, and extracurricular opportunities within the ECE Department and across the Illinois campus. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions. Afterward, please join current students, alumni, faculty, and staff for light refreshments. All family members are welcome.
