This year, we are giving companies the opportunity to sponsor specific student exhibits. Based upon the company’s background and interest level, they will be sent the registration forms submitted by students in specific categories. The exhibitors who have been chosen to be sponsored by a company will be notified and given additional benefits as a result of their company sponsorship. So make sure you provide as much detail as possible in your registration form and get it in as soon as you can.

Registration is now closed.

Priority Funding Deadline: January 1st, 2015
Registration Deadline: Sunday, January 25th, 2015

Note that that after you register, you must also complete the safety quiz to finalize your registration.

To do that, you must follow the steps below

1.       Log in to Compass (https://compass2g.illinois.edu) and get to the “My Illinois Compass 2g”.

2.       In the left bottom navigation pane marked Course Catalog, click the button “Browse Course Catalog

3.       Search for a course with the name “EOH Safety Training”.  The results should show a course with Course ID= “engr_engradmin_train_65021” and name=”TRAINING – EOH Safety Training”

4.       Hover your mouse over the Course ID “engr_engradmin_train_65021,” click the down arrow, and then select “Enroll”.  In the Self Enrollment page that shows next, click the Submit button.

The training is in PowerPoint and should take no longer than 20 minutes to view.  There is a quiz that needs to be taken after the training.  If you do not take the quiz and pass it with at least 80% you will not get credit for successfully completing the safety course.  You may retake the quiz as many time as necessary until you pass.  Once you pass the quiz you will receive an email from the Engineering Office of Safety with your training certificate.  Only one certificate needs to be displayed at the exhibit; however, all students must take the safety training quiz.

Also, if you are exhibiting, you must fill out this questionnaire here: https://my.engr.illinois.edu/eoh-safety.
